South Shore is looking for a Food Researcher & AP for a returning cookery competition show for ITV

London based 

1. We are looking for a researcher and AP to join the food team for a returning food entertainment series for 2025
2. The ideal candidates will have a passion and good knowledge of food and recipes. 
3. They will need to be organised and able to keep to deadlines. 
4. Experience working on other food competition formats is beneficial. 
5. This role will be working with the food team to help manage chefs and recipe development and work closely with home economics team 
6. Please note this role could involve weekend work as well as potential travel across the UK.
