ROLE:               Post Production Bookings Coordinator

DATES:            February 2025 TO December 2025

BASE:               High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide booking and logistical support for our growing edit facility, planning bookings, co-ordinating jobs and processes.

·      Liaising and collaborating with the core team to ensure processes are completed on deadline and to the clients satisfaction.

·      Managing workload and working to tight schedules

·      Liaise with stakeholders to keep them updated with progress of their jobs and notify relevant parties with any oncoming issues.

·      Booking and charting progress of Edit use and series related task in ‘Farmers Wife’ and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications and Experience:

·      Solid foundation in bookings and coordination

·      Minimum 1 years experience in a Broadcast edit Environment with co-ordination and booking.

·      Dealing with multiple productions at once and charting their suite use for recharges.

·      Experience with FarmersWife (desirable, but not essential.)

Working Hours:

·      Standard hours are 9:30am-6pm.

·      Flexibility to work early/late on occasion as required by production schedules.
