SENIOR TEAM COORDINATOR

Rumpus Media is looking for a Senior Team Coordinator to join their busy, exciting London team. 

Start Date: January / February 2025

Contract Length: Initial short term contract with a view to extend

Location: London

The Senior Team Coordinator will work closely with the development team and the senior management team at Rumpus. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting senior level staff or have experience working as part of a busy production team.

This role is also ideal for someone interested in a career pathway into development. An interest in knowing more about how an in-house creative team operates, a keenness to attend brainstorms, take on research assignments and an enthusiasm to generate new ideas is welcomed and encouraged.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will include:

·Managing the diaries of the Managing Director and Head of Entertainment

·Attending the weekly development meeting and keeping track of meetings and pitches with channel commissioners, talent and brand agencies

·Co-ordinating travel, accommodation, and events for the development team

·Attending the monthly Rumpus board meeting and taking minutes

·Managing Rumpus’ social media accounts

·Building and maintaining relationships with channel and agent assistants

·Managing credit card spends and reconciling with accounts

·Managing expenses for the senior management team

·Submitting TV award entries for broadcasters

·Attending brainstorms and collating research as and when required

·Onboarding and offboarding of all staff members

·Tracking holiday – updating the teams holiday allowance on the tracker

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

·Excellent communication

·Confident working within a team

·Strong organiser with the ability to forward plan

·Strong attention to detail

·Experience working on Microsoft (including word and excel)

·Display an interest in news and popular culture, industry trends and content production
