Nutopia is looking for a Post Production Coordinator to join our energetic in-house Post department. The role would involve being the first point of contact for clients, handling bookings and ensuring that all client requests and queries are processed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate would be a dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys the challenge that a fast-paced environment brings.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Post and senior team on the day-to-day progress of edits, requests for jobs and relationships with the productions
Meeting our client's needs on scheduling and tracking completed work.
Coordinating bookings and raising new jobs
Be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues for all queries and concerns with regards to bookings and offline edits.
Working alongside the Accounts team to complete and bill all work orders
Help manage workflows and ensure deadlines are met.
Ad hoc admin duties as required.
Alongside the rest of the team, problem-solving to ensure any issues raised are dealt with promptly
Attending regular meetings with management and producers
Action and delegate any out- of-hours requests.
General troubleshooting.
Experience/Knowledge:
Computer literate
Solid experience of using spreadsheets and formulas in Excel
Ideally, experience in using post production scheduling software (although training will be provided if not)
Knowledge of post-production terminology and workflows.
